Dispute Resolution

Effective dispute resolution is integral to access to justice. There is increasing recognition of the value of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a means to faster and more accessible justice. Since its inception, ILI-ACLE has been supporting ADR, in addition to more effective litigation techniques, by conducting dispute resolution training and technical support to individuals and institutions. ILI-ACLE regularly conducts dispute resolution training programmes , including: Lawyering and Effective Dispute Resolution Skills, International Commercial Arbitration, Mediation, Dispute Resolution in the Oil and Gas Sector, Courtroom techniques, Professional Ethics and Litigation: Trial in Court, among others.
