Following an assessment, and in close collaboration with Case Western Reserve University Law School, ILI-ACLE designed and implemented a specially tailored programme structured around three modules—international trade and economic law, international business transactions and international communications and innovation law. 29 judges and registrars, including judges of the Supreme Court, participated in this training which combined both face-to-face and online training, and led to the award of an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Commercial Law.
